What is the best revision plan to fix asymmetry one year post op? (Photos)

Hello, about 1 year ago I had breast implant exchange with Galaflex mesh. I went from Natrelle Cohesive 650cc to Mentor Boost High Profile 685cc plus Galaflex. I have noticeable asymmetry now and would like to have it corrected. My right breast is higher and looks smaller, no capsular contractur. My left breast is lower, looks bigger and wider. Nipples are very low, had no breast sagging before surgery. Please advise on how to correct asymmetry. Thank you.
