6 year old implants - Tenting or the start of symmastia? (Photos)

Hi! Ive had mt breast augmentation now for aix years! I wear my bras and sports bras religiously so in general they feel great. However, irecently and I’m not sure if it’s because I also gained a bit of weight , but i noticed some weird skin sagging at the bottom of my sternum. I’m wondering if this is the start of symmastia? Or is it just the weight of the implants pulling on the skin ? Is this fixable ? Thanks
