How much filler would enhance my profile while targeting my chin, jaw, nose and eyes? (photos)

I would not recommend filler. For the amount you would need to pay for filler, you could have permanent surgery instead, and would not have to keep repaying for touchups. Your chin is 'short' recessed (meaning it falls back behind your lips). Without considering jaw surgery (which you may or may not be a candidate for) a genioplasty would be the best option for you. By bringing your chin forward and down, we would create more projection, fix some of the asymmetry and help to balance out your profile. With that, it will also elongate your jawline, add more definition and tighten some of the skin under and around your chin. The entire procedure is done through your mouth so there are no external incisions (no outside scarring). With that, you may also consider buccal fat removal, which would reduce some of the fullness in your cheeks, and jawline lipo, to add extra definition to your jawline. For the upper portion of your face, you could consider cheek implants. Providing that extra structure and support would add contour to your face, and also help the appearance of your eyes. Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

In my clinical practice, I always perform an accurate "static" and "dynamic" facial assessment, along with a bespoke treatment using dermal fillers to address your concerns, improve your profile and achieve a natural looking result. My approach involves a very detailed assessment of the face as a whole unit, analyzing the upper, middle, and lower face, including the jawline, from both sides and different views, and using bespoke treatment with dermal fillers. The above approach with dermal fillers in the right place/layer can address your concerns and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas (i.e., cheeks, mid-face, jawlines, lips, and chin) in your face with a natural-looking result. After the facial assessment, the doctor can give you a proper treatment plan, including the quantity of fillers to be used. In my experience, for cases similar to yours, I usually use 3 to 6 ml of Dermal fillers. However, each patient is different.

For enhancement of all area, would likely take at least 3-4 syringes of filler. Although it would come with surgical downtime, cost, etc, I would strongly consider a chin implant as this is the main thing contributing to all of the areas that you mention. Having a chin that is slightly set back makes the face seem out of proportion and can you conscious about other areas. In addition, this would decrease the amount of chin filler you would need over time, as you will need at least one syringe in the chin to make it appropriately proportional to the remainder of your face.

From your submitted photos you will likely have the best outcome from a combination of treatments. A chin implant will give you the projection from the side profile. Fillers, Botox, and potentially liposuction can be used to contour the jawline and face. See a board certified plastic surgeon ear you to learn more.

Fillers are a great option in creating a more defined jawline, as well as increased projection of the chin. However, in your case, I would recommend that you have an implant placed into your chin for a much needed projection. I would also have a plastic surgeon evaluate your bite, making sure that your teeth are properly aligned. From the photos it appears that you need some filler. Perhaps Radiesse for chin and Jawline likely 2 to 3 syringes. You also need filler midface and upper cheek area to give you a vertical lift. Consider Kybella for submental fat and to define jawline. In regards to your eyes you just need some lashes.
