Good morning! Oftentimes, we inject Botox and under eye filler on the same visit, so the timing of this should not make a difference, particularly if you have had both procedures done in the past. The only reason I split them up is if a patient has not done either, and we want to isolate results of each treatment so that the patient can see what each does on it's own. When I hear people say “injector”, I shutter. Having something injected into your face or body, for that matter, should not be taken lightly. You should only go to either a plastic surgeon or dermatologist for an evaluation where an appropriate treatment plan should be generated and commenced. I personally do not use fillers in the tear trough or lower eyelid area. I only use the patient’s own fat, which provides me with natural and permanent results.
