Thank you for your question and photos. You may benefit from a combination of dermal filler to define your jawline and liposuction to remove fat under the chin. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers can be administered to increase your chin’s projection and bring it into balance with the rest of your facial features. Liposuction can further define your jawline by removing submental fat below the chin and creating a more sculpted contour.

I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to discuss your concerns and goals with you to help you decide on the best treatment option.

Conservative liposuction to the submental region with a little extension to the jowl would likely give you the appearance you desire. I don't think that fillers are a good option for you based on what I can see in the pictures - especially not at the anterior-most projection of your chin which is already in a good position.
