Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers can be administered to increase your chin’s projection and bring it into balance with the rest of your facial features. Liposuction can further define your jawline by removing submental fat below the chin and creating a more sculpted contour.

I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to discuss your concerns and goals with you to help you decide on the best treatment option.

Conservative liposuction to the submental region with a little extension to the jowl would likely give you the appearance you desire. I don't think that fillers are a good option for you based on what I can see in the pictures - especially not at the anterior-most projection of your chin which is already in a good position.

Jawline definition can be treated in several ways depending on patient's anatomy and age. If one has excess fat, liposuction may help with jawline definition. I agree that your jaw angles lack definition and I would recommend custom jaw angle implants to create a well contoured and well defined jawline. At least from the photos provided, I would not recommend filler chin augmentation as this would likely create a more masculine chin profile. However, the skillful use of a robust HA filler placed appropriately along the jawline can help to better contour and define the jawline. It does not look like you need any more chin projection. As far as having a cleaner, jawline is concerned, you probably need to be evaluated in person in order to determine if the submental area contains excess fat or it’s your tongue muscles that protrude a little more than usually.
