Liposuction can further define your jawline by removing submental fat below the chin and creating a more sculpted contour.

At least from the photos provided, I would not recommend filler chin augmentation as this would likely create a more masculine chin profile. However, the skillful use of a robust HA filler placed appropriately along the jawline can help to better contour and define the jawline. Conservative liposuction to the submental region with a little extension to the jowl would likely give you the appearance you desire. I don't think that fillers are a good option for you based on what I can see in the pictures - especially not at the anterior-most projection of your chin which is already in a good position.

It does not look like you need any more chin projection. As far as having a cleaner, jawline is concerned, you probably need to be evaluated in person in order to determine if the submental area contains excess fat or it’s your tongue muscles that protrude a little more than usually.
