After weight loss (50lbs), I'd like to do a fat transfer to my lower breasts and cleavage, with a modest breast lift, to create a nice tear-drop shape and restore the original height of my breasts to where they were prior to weight gain. I'd like to either keep my cup size the same or go up by about half a cup size to one cup size, depending on how much volume I lose when I reach my desired weight. After pregnancy and breast feeding, would I lose these results?

Answer: Fat transfer with breast lift Hi Elizabeth. If your goal is to increase you cup size by about a cup size or so, fat transfer can be an excellent choice for you. With fat transfer, we can enhance you breast shape where we want; the top, the cleavage, any specific area. Implants are less specific in the area we enhance. Though not all of the fat will survive, experience has shown that much if not most of the fat will survive. When combined with a breast lift, the results are often gratifying. As to pregnancy, your breasts will change for certain. Following pregnancy and even breast feeding, the results can be long lasting, But there is always uncertainty. So much depends on weight and fat distribution. Make sure that you speak to a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience with fat transfer to the breast.

Answer: Fat transfer Don't even bother with fat transfer. The results are very hit or miss. Mii oh st if the fat will Not survive. There are plenty of surgeons who do the procedure, but I've never seen a result I though was any good. If you're planning on children in the next few years just wait until after your pregnancies.
