Can autologous fat injections improve the situation/breast shrinkage?

I suffer from breast shrinkage after losing weight and my husband refuses lifting operations permanently and also strongly rejects silicone implants.

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. You can try fat transfer and it might help a little. Usually only a small amount the the fat transferred will take but it might be enough in your case.

If you have donor fat, then you can improve the size and shape of your breast will a fat transfer. Fat is limited. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

You have significant excess of skin post explanation.  Of course a mastopexy (lift) would be the best option, fat transfer would fill the breasts but I seriously doubt enough volume to stretch your skin sufficiently to make you happy.  Several fat transfers might work, but that is time consuming and expensive.

It’s nice to have support from your spouse but you were the one who should make medical decisions about your body.

If you want a breast lift then you should get a breast lift.

Fat transfer is good at increasing volume by 1/2 to maximal one cup.

It does not change the shape of the breast but can increase size.

Fat transfer results vary substantially based on who does the procedure.

Both liposuction and fat transfer are highly provider dependent.

She is the most experienced and talented provider in your community.

Choose your provider by having multiple in person consultations.
