I’m 6 months out. Ok result, too thin for second transfer. I’m reading conflicting things about chest workouts in women. I see it advertised as augment/lifting breasts but then on other sites, reducing breast size. Advice? I don’t want to lose my fat!! Would like to ultimately have more definition/create illusion of bigger/perkier. Could the pec workout burn my fat transfer? Could the pecs muscle outshine my fat transfer? I’m compensating every workout with adequate calorie intake. Thanks

Please do not try to gain weight just for a fat transfer. Brava should not be done after any fat transfer, and is very limited in help before a transfer. If you want two cup sizes in gain, implants will be your best choice and much more reliable.
