I had Buccal Fat removal surgery in February 2024 & was experiencing persistent swelling on my left side from the get go. I had multiple appointments with the surgeon & he explained that I was having some scar tissue forming & I should massage for 10 minutes daily and by 6 months I should see improvements. It’s been 8 months now & im still feeling tenderness in that area & it looks puffy compared to the other contoured side.
