Brow lift for deep set eyes with prominent brow bone?

From the limited photographs, it does appear that you have low-set eyebrows. A brow lift procedure can accomplish raising your eyebrows so that your eyes are more open. Nothing can be done about deep set eyes. In our practice, a brow lift procedure is performed under General anesthesia as an outpatient procedure.

First of all, you have very nice looking eyes and brows, and many would consider your brows in normal position nowadays. If you look at today's fashion models, you will find that most have flatter, lower and fuller brow. You want to bring more light to the eye in order to reduce the appearance of deep set eyes. I wonder if you considered Botox to give you a slight chemical brow lift? I am not certain that fillers would help as excess volume would create more shadowing effect over your eyes. If you like Botox results, you could consider an endoscopic brow lift or do nothing at all, since your brows look normal to me.
