It is difficult to determine the exact treatment from a single phot of one eye, but you may be a candidate for a browlift. It appears that your eyebrows are low and contributing to the overhanging skin. In some cases, patients need both a browlift and blepharoplasty to provide a more youthful look. I woulf suggest that you gon on a few consultations.

It is impossible to give you a sound advise based on this single photo! In general, depending of the problem and individusl prefference of patient or surgeon, brow lift incision can be placed along the hairline or within hairbearing area of sculp. Hope this helps.

Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs demonstrating where your current hairline is, and the extent how low both of your your eyebrow positions are. If you have a high hairline, then the incision is placed at the frontal forelock and the non-hair bearing skin is removed which lowers the hairline. If you already have a low hairline, then the incision is placed behind the hairline. Asymmetry of the eyebrows can also be adjusted in addition to softening the frontalis and corrugator muscles the forehead which create vertical and horizontal lines in the forehead itself. Very hard to advise with a 1 posted photo! Best to virtual consult with... I think start with upper lid blepharoplasty to effectively and simply remove hanging excess skin of lateral upper eyelids. If happy than consider lower lids and possible forehead lift surgeries.
