Brow issue - is it actually possible to reconnect the corrugator?

Night808_27
I had a brow lift 2.5 years ago. One side has given me issues ever since . Dr says he didn't cut or remove my corrugator muscle but it's obvious on one side it isn't intact and causes the movement and shape of my brows to be different. I can't find a dr willing to help and i moved from where the original dr is. My question is , is it actually possible to reconnect the corrugator ? I can only find online about removing it .
