Hello everyone. So I was wondering. when I see before and afters of brow lifts, it seems most of them show an after photo in which the results of the brow lift have ended with brows that have been raised in a more diagonal, lateral fashion, whereas the medial part of the brow (part of the brow closer to the nose bridge) does not seem lifted at all much. Im wondering if this means brow lifts are only able to lift mostly laterally, and medially minimally? That would be neglecting the medial brow

Thank you for your question. There are different brow lift approaches that depend on each patient’s specific needs. I typically prefer an endoscopic brow lift because it requires smaller incisions and less scarring. The results from these surgical procedures can last for 5-10 years, and s...
Mild asymmetry between the brows is considered normal. There are methods to attempt to improve symmetry which involve direct incisions over the brow. It is recommended you have a formal consultation to discuss risks and benefits of different interventions.
