Are brow lifts only able to lift mostly laterally, and medially minimally?

We age with lateral decent of our eyebrows. As such most people need the lateral portion elevated more than the medial portion of their brows. Hope that helps! Best of luck!

The supinator muscle of the eyebrow is at the end of the tail of the eyebrow and that is why when it is retracted, that area looks droopy. That is why the change is made in that area to recover the original shape. This is not about changing the features of the patient, but about enhancing the patient's features.
