What can be done to address dents and loose skin 6 months after buccal fat removal? (photos)

6 months ago I got buccal fat removal. The surgeon said that cheek lipo would help to remove my jowls and smooth out the jawline with the buccal fat removal. So, he sucked two syringes of fat out of my cheeks. Now I have big dents on my face, and the skin on my lower jaw is loose. I have googled, and there are mixed opinions about whether this is fixable. I'm devastated. Surgeon says the way to fix it is a neck lift that involves removing part of the salivary glands. What do I do?

It appears that jowls were treated a bit over-aggressively. It also seems that you may have had neck fullness before this surgery and it now creates visible deformity. It is quite possible that anterior neck lift which will give a chance to reduce this area, possibly including removal of SM glands? In-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in face-neck lifts is recommended. Good luck.
