Would I benefit from a BBL? 6 months post implants, they are now noticeable and have flipped, was informed that they are too big

Gluteal implants have one of the highest complication rates or undesirable side effect outcomes.
It’s simply not a good procedure and that’s why most plastic surgeons don’t do gluteal implants.
Anybody who considers having that procedure needs to find one of only a small handful of individual plastic surgeon specialist exclusively undoing gluteal implants. Maintaining consistent quality results seems to be related to full intramuscular implants using implants that are small enough to properly fit within the gluteus muscle.
If the implant is truly placed intramuscularly it cannot pop out of the pocket.
If implants are not placed intramuscularly then these are the things that happen.
You don’t have a problem related to fat distribution you have a problem related to a badly placed implant.
In the end the decision is yours of who you go to and what procedure you choose.
I don’t think adding fat to a badly placed implant is going to fix your problem.
Do you need your implants revised or removed.
I suggest tracking down one of those few doctors who has really mastered gluteal implants. There are a couple of them who sometimes post on this website.
Adding fat is unlikely to fix your problem. We can’t really make an assessment without seeing pictures so these are all just general statements.
