Has anyone looked at this adipose stem cell reprogramming to turn visceral fat to subcutaneous fat for fat grafting?

Hello, I was able to look up the article which you are referencing. It appears to be epigenetic basic science/laboratory research describing differences in stem cell molecular markers between visceral and subcutaneous fat. Unfortunately there is nothing to my knowledge that is in or near to clinical application regarding this research. Also, if visceral fat were to somehow be modified to "behave" more like subcutaneous fat, that would still not change "where" that fat was anatomically - specifically, the fact that an intra-abdominal (inside the organ cavity) surgical approach would be needed to access this fat, which for safety/complication reasons, most reasonable plastic surgeons would not advise this. The best way to address visceral fat remains weight loss through diet/exercise or bariatric surgery.

What you described is unlikely to be something real or doable.
Individuals who are born with certain genetic predispositions are probably stuck with what their parents gave them.
Individuals who have a visceral fat distribution simply need to keep their weight under control if they want to be healthy and keep as slim abdomen.
