3 years post BBL with 3 big painful lumps. Can I get them removed?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You should go back to the surgeon who did your BBL.
That’s the person who’s responsible for the outcome of the procedure and the correct person to take care of you. The person that did the operation is responsible for the outcome and your overall well-being in regards to that operation.
There is nothing your primary care doctor is going to be able to do except refer you to a surgeon.
If going to your original plastic surgeon is not possible than consult with another plastic surgeon.
