Someone with size A boobs compared to someone with say a C...they both get same size implants - 385cc. Would the person with the size c boobs look bigger? I'm torn between 385 and 415 cc and everyone's pictures I've seen were an A cup prior to their BA so their boobs don't look too big. I on the other hand am a C cup and don't want my boobs to look ginormous. I'm 5'2 and 130 lbs.

Answer: I'm torn between 385 and 415 cc. Is there much of a difference? (Photo) Hello, thank you for your question. You will not notice a significant difference between 385 and 415cc. Having said that, think if you would prefer to be on the larger side vs the smaller side and that should help in your decision making process.

Answer: I'm torn between 385 and 415 cc. Is there much of a difference? Thank you for your question and photo. I would not loose sleep over this. The difference between a 385 cc and a 415 cc is 30 cc or 1 oz. Obviously, the more breast tissue one has, the larger the final volume as opposed to a person with minimal breast tissue. From this single view photo with the arms elevated, it is not clear if you might need a lift as well to get the best results. In my consultations, I use the Vectra 3D to simulate the augmentation with implants of different widths and projections to get a three dimensional picture of the results. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
