33 year old female. 2 kids. 10 months post breastfeeding and my girls need some help! I am trying to determine if I can get silicone breast implants without the need for a lift. And if needed, what type of lift would be recommended? I also have a weird nipple situation. What can be done about that?

Answer: Breast lifts This is a hard question to answer over the internet. Looking at your photos the answer is maybe. Personally I don’t like breast lifts on most breasts unless the nipple is pointing down. Just a slightly low nipple might not be worth the scars to raise it up. I hope that helps.
