I've had lipo and body tite/renuvion done on my arms and legs which has left me more unhappy with my skin than before. I love my shape, but wish my skin was smoother and don't know what treatments could help.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Hey there,For your arms I would recommend microneedling with radiofrequency (RF), a series of 3, to see improvement. for the cellulite on your posterior thighs and buttocks I would recommend Aveli to improve the smoothness and then also microneedling with RF for more skin tightening. It's a tough problem but those treatments should help. Good luck!

There are a few options you can consider to improve contour.  Aveli is a treatment that is specific to improving cellulite. This treatment is done in the office and requires no general anesthesia.  Improvement can be seen within a month as swelling subsides.  Another option is BodyTite which is a minimally invasive procedure that uses RF technology to tighten skin.
