I've been looking into this on realself and noticed some doctors are using PRP alone while others are including ACELL and others are including progesterone? I'm wondering about the differences in efficacy and side effect. Also the theories behind why each of these combinations work. Thanks! I'm looking into this as I have diffuse moderate hairloss all over scalp, gradual onset, female late 20s, possibly triggered by low iron (which is now resolved) b/c no family history of hairloss.
