Does the type of PRP kit matter?

In my city PRP cost for 20-30 ML injection varies from 50$ to 200$. Doctor asking for 200$ claimed that he is using American kits and others are not using American Kits? According to his claim normal kits provide 14% of platelets in Plasma and American kits provide 90%. Moreover he claimed that others are injecting plasma and he is injecting growth factors. But other doctors also claiming they are also injecting growth factors. Please advise is there any difference of American kits and others?

Hair extension should not be a problem in regards to injecting with prp. Just be mindful that in the long run, hair extensions do cause traction alopecia, and it's almost as if you are fighting your own treatment in my opinion. And this can lead to even chronic alopecia with scarring.

PRP works well on all cases, some better than others.  It is most effective for miniaturized hairs.   Its efficacy depends on the amount used, the techniques used, the activation of platelets in the PRP, and whether autologous platelet concentrates are also used in conjunction.
