I am also wondering about possible non-surgical rhinoplasty as a short-term fix while I save up for a revision and research revision specialists (for a crooked/asymmetric tip, breathing issues, etc.) I have heard about the dangers of injecting filler into the tip. Is this a good or bad idea to consider? Any suggestions for California revision specialists?
Answer: Liquid Rhinoplasty Hi @laela.01. I would recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Answer: Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty A “liquid” or non-surgical rhinoplasty involves injecting an appropriate filler into either the bridge or tip of the nose to create either a smoother bridge or a raised or more prominent tip. Not every patient is a candidate for this technique and in general, it is used more for augmenting the nose than reducing the nose. Please take caution with filler injections into the nose if you have had prior surgery as this increases the risk of complications. In your situation, these fillers augment the nose, and wouldn't necessarily fix the problems you have listed. Consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who also does a significant number of filler injections for a complete range of options that are appropriate for your situation. Answer: Non Surgical Rhinoplasty Nonsurgical rhinoplasty can improve minor irregularities and the overall shape of the nose but their result is limited. The first limitation is that the result is temporary and can last up to 12-18 months. The second limitation is that non surgical rhinoplasty usually makes the nose look larger/ wider. The third limitation is that non surgical rhinoplasty will not improve breathing issues. The fourth limitation is that this there is a risk of blindness and/ or skin death with this procedure if the filler used gets into a blood vessel or strangles a blood vessel. These are devastating complications that can happen to even the most skill injector, especially when the anatomy is altered by previous rhinoplasty surgery. It is very important to make your decision carefully, and be aware of all the benefits and risks. Wishing you the best of luck.

Answer: Nonsurgical Nose Job Hello, thank you for the question and provided nformation. Nonsurgical treatments can improve the shape of the nose, they can create more symmetry and balance for the face with a temporary time period. However, they can not make the nose smaller as volumed added they make the nose bigger and they will not help fixing the breathing issue. It would be better to be operated before having any fillers to have improved nose permanently.Best Regards,

Answer: Do you have any advice on nonsurgical rhinoplasty? If you considering surgical revision rhinoplasty, it is best to wait until you undergo the surgical procedure. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty will distort the normal anatomy for your revision surgeon. In addition, nonsurgical rhinoplasty is not FDA approved for that application, and can have significant complications such as skin necrosis.
