am 5'5" and 110 lbs. I have a slim build broad shoulders and small waist. Currently a AA34 cup. I've breast fed two babies. My PS has recommended a 275 CC Moderate plus silicone gel implant. I want a natural look. My question is, can I go to 300 and still look very natural? I know it's slight difference but would like a small C cup. Would it be better to go for HP or should I stick with moderate plus? I am afraid they may look pancakey..also going under the muscle.

Answer: Breast implant sizing considerations Your plastic surgeon should be able to answer this question for you - the decision is predicated on accurate breast anatomy measurements. If you are not getting the answers from your PS, seek a second opinion.

Answer: Implant Selection Thank you for your question. It is very difficult to accurately discuss implant volume without an exam and detailed measurements. In order to make an accurate size recommendation, I would need to assess your chest wall and breast mound measurements and characteristics. I use these measurements to help me during your sizing process to guide you to a safe result and one that meets your end desires.Your plastic surgeon will perform several measurements of your chest wall and breast anatomy and determine a range of implants that both fit your chest wall and reach your desired goals. The next step is to try on this range of implants in the office with your doctor. The key to this success is showing your surgeon the body proportion you desire with a bra sizer and allowing your surgeon to guide you to the right implant. It will be much easier to communicate in implant cc's than cup size when determining the appropriate implant for you during the sizing process. In addition, review of photos and use of rice bags can help the patient and surgeon achieve a safe and happy result. Close intereaction and involvement from your surgeon during this process can help alleviate the anxiety and fears of choosing the right size. I wish you a safe recovery and fantastic result.Dr. Gill
