You are still early after surgery, and I would be very optimistic that this will resolve with time. There are many nerves in the armpit area, and one of them could have been stretched at the time of surgery. When you lie  down, you implant will move superiorly putting some pressure on the nerve.   With time it is likely this will resolve. However, definitely inform you surgeon.

In general it is not uncommon to have some burning sensations or other symptoms even a few weeks after breast augmentation surgery, but it would be best to contact your surgeon to discuss any new symptoms.  He/she will be able to confirm that everything is healing normally.

It's very soon after your surgery and usually these type of issues resolve over time.  If you had your augmentation via axillary incision (armpit), then that is most likely the reason.  If not, it could be due to a nerve injury or pressure from the implant on a nerve.  You most likely feel it at night because during the day you are busy and moving about and you are calm and still at night. Go see your surgeon and definitely discuss your issue in person so you can be examined.  ac

There is a lot of information that is needed to make a diagnosis. What approach was used is the first most common question. It could be a sensory nerve issue but not sure.  Best to bee seen in person to be properly evaluated.

YES, see the surgeon ASAP t be examined. Did you have axillary approach for the implants?? If yes this is the reason than. 

Sensory changes around the breast after augmentation can be normal. I however would contact you plastic surgeon and let him / her know of this issue. There may be somethings they can do to make it more tolerable.I would expect this to get better. In my experience, this pain may be due to mold biotoxins which are also neurotoxins, or may be due to sensory nerve injury.  Burning pain is not usually caused by bacterial infection.  If you go on Lamisil 250 mg po qd for 30 days and the pain resolves, mold biotoxins would be confirmed.  You need to normal CMP and should stay on Silymarin while on the Lamisil.
