Will Sculptra dissolve if injected into your butt and you lose weight?

I’m thinking about getting sculptra because I don’t have enough fat for a BBL. I am bout 116 lbs and am currently working out and toning up I’m just scared that the sculptra will dissolve with my fat or something. Is that possible

Weight loss can affect body fat composition and thus
the shape and size of the butt, however it should not have a significant impact
on the augmentation induced by Sculptra which is more related to production of
collagen.

Sculptra butt injections can help add volume and lift the buttocks in those individuals that do not have enough fat for a traditional brazilian butt lift. Keep in mind that Sculptra butt lifts usually require multiple vials over multiple treatment sessions and results will never be as dramatic as a brazilian butt lift. However, in the appropriate candidates nice improvement can be seen. Working out and losing weight will not make your Sculptra dissolve faster. Make sure you see an experienced physician injector for an in-person consultation and evaluation and to minimize the risks of complications. No, working out will not make your Sculptra dissolve. Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired results. Hi and thanks for your message. Sculptra can not be dissolved by weight loss or exercise so do not worry! Most patients need 2-3 sessions using about 10-15 vials per session. If you do not have any donor fat for a BBL then Sculptra for butt augmentation would be your best option. Thank you for your question. Weight loss will not result in the loss of the collagen that was formed as a result of the Sculptra Aesthetic injections into the buttocks. Given your current weight, it is unlikely you are going to see a significant loss of volume in the buttocks with working out. In fact, you may consider looking into Emsculpt to enhance your buttocks. This non-invasive procedure, with no downtime, is the equivalent to doing 20,000 supra-maximal contractions of the buttocks to build muscle and lift the booty. It can be combined with Sculptra Aesthetic to enhance overall volume and tone. The Sculptra Butt Lift usually requires 2 to 3 sessions with 8 to 20 vials per session depending on the clinician.
