Tough to tell from just photos what these are.  would be helpful to see the pre-op photos as well.  This may be fat.  If it is, some of this will go away in the first few weeks. Need to check with your surgeon to see where they put the fat. 

Eyelid chalazion can be permanent. They can be removed whether causing irritation or just a cosmetic problem. They are best removed from behind eyelid approach. See following link and video.
