I'm 2 weeks post upper and lower blepharoplasty and still quite bruised under eyes. How long to get rid of the black eyes?

it is common to have bruising after eyelid surgery that last several weeks.  Pulsed dye lasers may be used very effectively to help the bruises resolve quickly and safely.  We use this treatment on a routine basis to help short postoperative times.  Best of luck.

The amount of bruising after eyelid procedure will vary among patients. It is not uncommon to have bruising persist for 2 to 3 weeks. Of course clear this with your surgeon first, but you can probably start concealing the lower eyelid bruising somewhat with a little bit of make-up.  It will go away over time. Do not worry about it.
