Hi! I’m one yr s/p breast aug with lift, at follow up, I was told my left implant pocket was too large allowing the implant to move about, now creating a “double bubble effect” near the sternum area. Surgeon offered to repair at no cost this is after he placed 1 saline 1 silicone -now both silicone @550cc which could account for larger pocket 2nd opinion said NOT to touch as too risky. Thoughts? Left is much higher and boxy appearance. Take both out and replace? Signed-ceviche :(

It is way too soon to repeat surgery now. You need to give your tissue time to heal. Part of the problem is that your implants are too large and heavy. You would do better going smaller. Even if tightened, the weight will stretch your tissue out again.
No, this is your anatomy. You did not show your before photo with no implants, but I suspect your breast naturally sit low on your chest. The base of your breasts cannot be moved. You will always have somewhat low breasts no matter what size you choose. Large implants will be heavy and just sag...
