Pocket too large or something else? Should I take both out and replace? (Photo)

PhxMomLife
Hi! I’m one yr s/p breast aug with lift, at follow up, I was told my left implant pocket was too large allowing the implant to move about, now creating a “double bubble effect” near the sternum area. Surgeon offered to repair at no cost this is after he placed 1 saline 1 silicone -now both silicone @550cc which could account for larger pocket 2nd opinion said NOT to touch as too risky. Thoughts? Left is much higher and boxy appearance. Take both out and replace? Signed-ceviche :(
