Are my breast implants too low? (Pgoro)

Thank you for the question. As you continue to increase the volume of the breast implant (cc’s) The footprint of the implant also increases. It appears that the footprint of where your natural breast lies has increased in all dimensions. It is hard to say if the implants have descended at all, but it is not uncommon for a large volume implants, especially on a skinny frame, to start to descend. It may be time for you to consider a smaller implant wall excising some excess skin that has been stretched out from the prior implants. No, this is your anatomy. You did not show your before photo with no implants, but I suspect your breast naturally sit low on your chest. The base of your breasts cannot be moved. You will always have somewhat low breasts no matter what size you choose. Large implants will be heavy and just sag more with time.
