Your left breast looks good. The right breast could be lifted a bit by tightening the skin in the lower portion. It is too early to do a revision. It is really tough to get this operation spot on in one stage. I would wait and follow up with your surgeon. It’s clear to me that your surgeon knows what he’s doing. I would wait and see what he says about revising the one breast to match the other after a few more months. I would not do the revision until at least three months after your initial procedure .

Dear Straightforward187927,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. The price is entirely practice dependent. If it was planned to be staged than the cost may be included. If its a revision, typically surgeons only ask the patient to pay for the surgery center and anesthesia.

It is way too soon to repeat surgery now. You need to give your tissue time to heal. Part of the problem is that your implants are too large and heavy. You would do better going smaller. Even if tightened, the weight will stretch your tissue out again.
