I am so depressed. I spent a lot of money to fix my post breast feeding boobs. All he did was reverse the problem. My left boob was larger and saggier before now it’s the opposite. I am 5 weeks post op but it’s been this way since the swelling started subsiding. He keeps saying it looks fine when clearly it does not. The right one is almost if not as saggy as it was before. How much is this going to cost me to fix? Should I find a new surgeon?

No, this is your anatomy. You did not show your before photo with no implants, but I suspect your breast naturally sit low on your chest. The base of your breasts cannot be moved. You will always have somewhat low breasts no matter what size you choose. Large implants will be heavy and just sag...
What surgeons use for internal bras does vary. Many use mesh that will absorb over time, and many use permanent mesh. Anything absorbable will give less support over time since only your built up collage is there to support. You do need to avoid large heavy implants that will sag over time.
