My breast to me look way better before the procedure, now they look diformed and saggy and uneven. I’m so upset I have gained weight and I no longer visit the doctor who did the procedure for checkups. Do I need a second operation?
Answer: Second Operation In my opinion, you had the incorrect surgery performed or I should say a lack of the completion of the correct operation. You need a breast lift to re-centralize the breast tissue over the breast implant. Sometimes this may be easy to miss if the particular individual is not well experienced in breast surgery. I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. Best of luck!

Answer: Revision options Thank you for the question. If you are truly Unhappy with the surgical result, then you should consider a revision. They should be done with someone who performs revision breast surgery frequently as this can be a complicated surgery. It looks like your breast tissue is hanging off your implant, what is known as a snoopy deformity. The treatment for this is to tighten the breast tissue and lift it internally. Sometimes this does require a circle and vertical or even anchor type in session. Good luck. Wess Cohen, MD

Answer: Breast surgery There are a few options for you depending on what bothers you. You could have a breast lift with smaller implants and reduce the size of your areola. That would give you a nicer shape. But it does involve additional scars. You would have to decide if the scars would be a worthwhile trade off for you

Answer: BA results Dear anadali0426, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Breasts Your lower breast could use a lift, but your other breast looks good. I would suggest discussing a lift with your surgeon.
