I had a BBL 3 years ago, but was never satisfied with my shape especially at the bottom. Can I fix this?
Answer: Can I fix this shape 3 years after my BBL? Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from lipo/BBL. reative liposuction will allow you to have stubborn fat resistant to exercise and diet removed from unwanted areas (abdomen, love handles, thighs, back) and transferred to the hips for a lifted and rounder appearance. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same. Schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Dmagana85, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Drooping lower inner buttock cheek Drooping or squaring off of the lower inner part of the buttock typically comes with the aging process giving way to gravity and/or genetic variation. Either way this “drooping” of skin and fat in this area is usually not well corrected by shear volume augmentation, as you have realized from round 1 BBL, but usually requires lifting of this area with a lower buttock tuck. In doing so it also aesthetically shortens and/or rounds out the buttock cheek. It is ideal for those patients that have had significant weight loss or fluctuations, changes from fillers injected, multiple pregnancies, or who’s derrieres have succumb to the dreaded effects of gravity and aging. It is also effective for those whom feel their buttock cheek is naturally too long or square and just want it proportionately shortened and rounded, respectively. Glad to help

Answer: My recommendation Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with another BBL.I think you'll get very good results! Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)Dr. Luis Mejia,
