Please help me. What is that on my butt? I had my BBL done 2 yrs ago and I've lots of dents on my butt. My butt doesn't look smooth at all and I'm so ashamed especially when I wear clothes. Pls is there any treatment I can do to get these areas smoother than having another surgery? My butt was smoother before the surgery. Thanks for your help.
Answer: How can I fix my dents on my butt after a BBL? Hello, thank you for your question and photos. It is hard to tell without a proper evaluation, I recommend you schedule an email, Skype or in person with a board certified plastic surgeon. One of the many techniques I use to help with such issues is superficial fat grafting techniques.

Answer: Dents Dear Kizzymom, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice. Daniel Barrett, MD

Answer: BBL Using high definition VASER liposuction and renuvion skin tightening, previous BBL mistakes can be corrected. VASER liposuction can be used to target areas of excess fat. Renuvion skin tightening is minimally invasive with little to no scarring. Using these two methods correcting a BBL has never been so effective using such a minimally invasive procedure.

Answer: Skin contour issues after BBL There are generally two separate ideologies for skin contour problems in this area after this procedure. One is cellulite which can be made worse from weight gain or the addition of fat through fat transfer. This typically happens in the most common cellulite distribution which is on the lower central buttocks where most pressure is put when we sit on the back of the thighs. Irregularities can also form from fat being grafted not using good technique. Based on the appearance and anatomic location this looks like It’s related to how the procedure was performed. Correcting poorly done liposuction and fat transfer can be difficult especially when it comes to uneven contours.I suggest you first and foremost talk to your provider. It looks to me like too much fat was injected along each pass close to your skin rather than doing multiple passes injecting small amounts through each pass.It also looks like most of the fat was grafted in one direction.I wasn’t there during the surgery so these are just guesses and may not be accurate at all.some improvements may be obtained through a revision but it’s going to be very difficult and probably not possible to get a smoothie even normal contour.Thank you for including your preop picture. That helps significantly with making an assessment.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
