I had a bbl almost 3 years ago. I went through some life changes which caused me to be depressed, & I lost a lot of weight. I’m trying to gain it back but since I had lipo it’s so hard for me to gain I feel like.. I’m considering round 2 bbl at 120 pounds. I’m 5 feet tall. Am I too skinny for round 2?
Answer: Bbl round 2 Thank you for your question! Unfortunately it is hard to tell what you would benefit from without a physical examination of your body. I suggest you seek a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. Best of luck!Dhaval Patel Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Chicago Hoffman Estates Oakbrook Orland Park

Answer: How to gain weight after losing too much from depression? Am I too skinny for round 2? Upload photos showing your anatomy and your ultimate goals. Without additional information, can only provide a general response. The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. The revision implies that there is less fat than the first time, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but, if those sites are not available, other areas can be used. Liposuction results are highly surgeon dependent. Visit my website to view before and after photo galleries of my BBL and lipo patients and read patient reviews as you prepare to consult with a board certified PS via Skype or in person.

Answer: How much fat you need for fat transfer It is impossible to give you any recommendation without in person evaluation or, at least, a series of good photos. It all depends how much augmentation you want/need.Only on the basis of in person consultation and discussion about your goals one could give you an advice. Good luck..

Answer: Round 2 BBL but skinny A photo would be extremely helpful but at 5’ tall 120 lbs, you will likely have minimal results from round 2 BBL. You may want to consider buttock and/or cosmetic hip implants as a relatively safe, reliable and permanent option to further enhance/augment your hour glass figure. Glad to help.

Answer: Weight gain Dear AshleyMae0089, generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a BBL, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
