The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth.  The revision implies that there is less fat than the first time, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon. 
You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but, if those sites are not available, other areas can be used.

It is impossible to give you any recommendation without in person evaluation or, at least, a series of good photos. It all depends how much augmentation you want/need.Only on the basis of in person consultation and discussion about your goals one could give you an advice. Good luck..

A photo would be extremely helpful but at 5’ tall 120 lbs, you will likely have minimal results from round 2 BBL.  You may want to consider buttock and/or cosmetic hip implants as a relatively safe, reliable and permanent option to further enhance/augment your hour glass figure.  Glad to help.

generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a BBL, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Gaining weight for B bill does not work. Think about the fundamentals of liposuction. Liposuction works because fat cells don't replicate. When you gain weight each cell gets bigger and if you lose weight you sell your smaller but you do not make new cells. If fat cells replicated liposuction would never work. If you remove oneself in another one grew back it would never work. So gaining weight for the surgery only temporarily increase the size of the cells.Because liposuction in fact transfer is a permanent change if you let your body heal and recover back to its pre-depression state you will look the same way you did after the surgery. Give yourself time and don't underestimate how good you look right now. Where skimpy close and have fun.

A healthy BMI is between 15 - 24. However, high definition VASER liposuction is the most efficient technique for fat harvesting. More fat can be harvested from a smaller area using this technique compared to traditional liposuction methods. An in person consultation is recommended to create a plan tailored to you.

Without posting pictures you’re not going to get any assessment in regards to being a candidate for this procedure.Everybody is pretty much going to tell you that gaining weight is done by eating more calories than you burn. Pizza, donuts, big bowls of pasta. It’s not rocket science of how people get fat.Unless you’re significantly underweight currently I would not recommend gaining weight for a fat transfer procedure. Being overweight isn’t a good idea and it doesn’t generally look good on people to be overweight in my opinion.Secondary liposuction and fat transfer procedures generally contribute significantly less than the primary procedure Unless new areas are treated that weren’t treated previously.These are general statements since we can’t make a personal assessment in regards to you.talk to your surgeon and get his or her recommendations.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
