Side lumps after a BBL left me with uneven hips, any suggestions? (Photos)

Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) revision to even out and really perfect your contour.
The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. I see no reason why you can’t have a full tummy tuck and a revision of your BBL.I think you should have revision work from where you had liposuction as well. For example the upper abdomen as a transitions onto your ribs wasn’t treated sufficiently and that fat thickness doesn’t match your abdomen.A tummy tuck will not correct an uneven fat distributions on your torso.You had a lot of fat added to your hips but it didn’t transition nicely onto your thighs.Adding a small amount of fat in this area and taking down the hips a bit would look better in my opinion.There’s definitely room for improvement which unfortunately it’s not uncommon after a BBL.This procedure is far more difficult to do with consistent high-quality results then people believe.There’s much much more to this than just getting a big bottom.So many times patients are OK with their fat transfer aspect but are left disfigured from the liposuction aspect.My practice is devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer procedures and has been for the last decade.I feel like I have some authority in making the statements that I do.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
