I had a breast augmentation and lift a year ago. My main purpose was to have my breasts positioned higher on my chest. You can see my inframammary fold sits at my elbow line. Very low. My surgeon said he could not move my breast higher on my chest. All he could do would be enlarge them for volum up top and do a lift to push the volume up as well. I feel they are just now these huge mounds sitting above my stomach. Is there any way to reduce the size and move the inframammary fold up?
