I’m looking into a mummy makeover and have had a couple of conflicting consultations. I’ve lost 45kg (12 years ago) which I have maintained over the years. I’m 5ft 8 and dance around 82-83kg. I’m now considering the final part kf the journey, which is surgery. For 12 years I have tried to lose more weight but consistently stay at 83, even on Mounjaro (currently 6 months in and no weighloss beyond an initial 5kg that I’d gained beginning of 2024). So yet again my weight is sitting at c83kg platued for 20 weeks on the highest dose of MJ. I know I’ll likely need some lipo to get rid of some stubborn fat but my concern is which type of TT. Most recently someone advised a circumferential one to address my back too - I was hopeful lipo would have done the trick there. Appreciate the professional opinions on an optimal treatment plan. I have one leg longer than the other, so one side of my back looks worse due to the misalignment.
