Tip plasty on ethnic nose- thick skin - Will I have good results? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty 7 years ago and l am pleased with the bridge. However i do not like the tip. It looks crooked face on and if you look underneath in the photo you can see one nostril is smaller than the other. Im considering tip plasty under local anesthetic to address my concerns which are 1.) the crookedness 2.) bulbous of the tip 3.) slightly long tip. Im not expecting a barbie nose or a pinched look. I just want more symmetry and a more feminie tip. My questions are do you think i will get good results? My surgeon doesn’t do cartilage grafting as its under local and I’ve been reading that thick skin usually needs this. What would you recommend? I am 37
