Unhappy with result 1 year post op - would a revision improve my results? (Photos)

I am unhappy with the tip of my nose after 1 year post rhinoplasty. The surgeoun says it looks fine and he doesn't want to do anything more on it. I feel it looks like an asymmtric blob from the front. From the sides it looks ok. What should I do?
