Supra tip deformity? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty 6 months ago , and supra tip is still swollen,also I noticed a indentation on the dorsum which worse the condition ,,, Is that can fade away with time or not

I would recommend following up with your surgeon and asking if they felt that Kenalog 10 injected into the tip and dorsum would not be a good idea for recalcitrant nasal swelling following rhinoplasty.

The indentation you noted is not really in the area for valve collapse so you are probably OK there. If it's something that bothers you, a filler can easily be injected in the area to make it a little smoother. Be sure to see an expert injector for consultation.
