I had saline implants under the muscle 10 years ago, in this ct scan u can see the implants and my natural breast, the natural breast is looking boxy and not round, did the implants cause this ? Can it be fixed by removing the implants or exchanging them

Answer: Breasts Photos of your breast would have been very helpful, but implants do change your size and can change the shape. You might consider going down in size and perhaps in volume. Do remember you were not happy with your size initially and may not be happy if the implants are removed.
