I had saline implants under the muscle 10 years ago, in this ct scan u can see the implants and my natural breast, the natural breast is looking boxy and not round, did the implants cause this ? Can it be fixed by removing the implants or exchanging them

I would recommend a complex breast revision including removing the diseased capsules, placing new implants and Galaflex. Capsular contracture requires that the diseased capsules are removed. If you do not remove the capsules, there is a 50% chance of recurrence of the capsular contracture.
If all the capsule has been removed in the area of the metaplasia, then I would suggest meeting with an oncologist to see if any preventive treatment is needed. Bilateral complete capsulectomy and implant removal is the standard treatment. I have not seen this in any of my patients.
