What is this lump inside wall of nostril? Should I be worried? (Pohto)

Hi, I did my rhinoplasty July 15, 2023. Almost a year ago. 11 months later I still have some swelling, but the I have loved the results so far. But lately I have encountered an issue. I have always had this lump post op, but it didn’t bother be before because my nose was swollen, but now, almost a year later, my nose has really slimmed down, and in the last month or so, my nose is smaller than ever, and now it’s blocking my breathing.
