Hi, I did my rhinoplasty July 15, 2023. Almost a year ago. 11 months later I still have some swelling, but the I have loved the results so far. But lately I have encountered an issue. I have always had this lump post op, but it didn’t bother be before because my nose was swollen, but now, almost a year later, my nose has really slimmed down, and in the last month or so, my nose is smaller than ever, and now it’s blocking my breathing. What is this and should I be concerned? I added photos
