Hi I had a closed rhinoplasty in late 2020 I have keloid scarring so the surgeon recommended this. We had spoke about what I was trying to achieve and it was really simple I had a bump that I wanted to shave down and wanted to preserve the natural shape of my nose, he acted very confidently and very sure about his ability to do this. Now long story short my nose has been over rotated and over corrected at the tip narrowed and upturned he said because I have keloid scarring he won't fix it?
