I had a rhinoplasty about 15 years ago following a car accident. Within the past three years, there has been a bit of cartilage (confirmed by dermatologist) growing on the left side of my nasal tip. Its causing my tip to distort and pull to the side. Will a simple surgery that removes the piece of cartilage straighten the tip or will I need a more involved surgery with grafts etc?
