I’ve had this dent in my nostril since a few weeks after my rhinoplasty 5 years ago. My surgeon at the time said it would go away but it’s been 5 years and it’s still there. Short after my rhinoplasty my surgeon retired so I was never able to get answers as to why it happened and why I have a lump inside my nostril where the dent is. Do I need to have another rhinoplasty to fix this issue?
