Deviation post rhinoplasty - would a revision be advised? (Photo)

Hi, I had a primary rhinoplasty almost 12 months ago and my nose, which didn’t show any deviation prior, now is deviated. The bridge and tip are not symmetrical and the base has a small bump on the left. My surgeon recommends fixing with fillers but I’m not comfortable, having invested in an ultrasonic rhinoplasty, that is not a satisfying result to me. Would a revision be advised? Thank you,

It is possible to get steroid injections on the bridge of the nose if necessary, bearing in mind that the skin is thinner in that area hence the higher risk of possible adverse effects. Your surgeon will be able to tell if it is needed or not in your case based on your examination.
