You appear to have an inverted 'V' deformity, asymmetry of the tip, and a general lack of structure especially visible in the photo of the lower part of your nose and columella.My thoughts are that this would required a surgical approach to improve. The work will require reconstructing the structure of your nose to give it shape and function (which I suspect is also impaired).All the best, Waseem Saeed

It is generally suggested to wait until this entire recovery process is complete to see the final results before considering a revision procedure.
