Should I start looking at revision rhinoplasty because I’m overall disappointed with my nose? (Photo)

You appear to have an inverted 'V' deformity, asymmetry of the tip, and a general lack of structure especially visible in the photo of the lower part of your nose and columella.My thoughts are that this would required a surgical approach to improve.
