Hi, Based on the given photos, I'd want to extend columella as it has been retracted in my opinion. Id also like to widen nose tip as it has been pinched and looks unnatural, shadows looking sharp on my face. I want nose tip rounded ball-like and not straight. Alar also looks sunken in on sides and nostrils flared outwards, is it possible to make it so it appears smoother and less flared? Pinched nose also making it hard to breathe. Is it possible to have these fixed ? Is it worth revising ?
