Nose looks larger again, 20 years after first rhinoplasty. Would a second rhinoplasty help? (photos)

I’m nearly 40 and had a rhinoplasty aged 21 (sorry no before pics but my nose was reduced in height and the tip made slightly smaller). As I’ve got older it looks larger again. Would there be much point in a revision rhinoplasty? Ie would it me possible to reduce the size any further? Thanks in advance.

I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery to make it smaller. It looks like you have thin skin so it is possible to reduce the size of your nose.Best regards!

You have a pleasing and unoperated nasal appearance so the feasibility of performing another nasal surgery largely depends upon your examination. I can see that your tip droops a bit and is perhaps slightly over projected. And I agree that your tip is a bit wide on front view. If you have adequate amounts of septal cartilage remaining after your first surgery, revision rhinoplasty for tip narrowing tip lift and bridge lowering may be feasible. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
